  • How can I contact you?

  • Will the engraving be perfect?
    All items are engraved with great care and effort by hand. As with most things done by hand there can be slight imperfections and variances in duplication…which just adds to the charm of handcrafted piece.
  • Can I have something engraved on the back?
    Most of the time, yes! Check the product description or contact me if you questions.
  • What if I change my mind about my custom order?
    We will work though the design process until you are happy with layout. Once getting final, customer approval in writing and/or payment is processed changes cannot be made. Because custom items are specific to the individual customer, only partial refunds can be issued once the piece is completed.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Order usually take about 1–3 weeks to assemble and mail. During the busy seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day,) it may take a little longer. Feel free to contact me about the timeframe of your order.
  • How are items shipped?
    USPS First Class or Priority mail on Monday–Friday only from Iowa. You will be notified when your item has shipped. Items will be shipped to the address on the order unless otherwise directed by the customer. If the address provided is incorrect, it may be returned and re-mailed at the customers expense.   • I need a quick gift, can I rush my order?
    Yes, a rush fee allows your order to be bumped to the top of the list to ensure it will arrive on time based on our agreement; contact me to work out details of rush orders. You can also choose from ready made items that can be shipped right away.
  • Can I combine two separate orders and save on shipping?
    Shipping is charged per address. As long as both orders are shipping together, to the same place, shipping can be combined. Please contact me prior to purchase to ensure everything is correct before orders are mailed.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No, at this time orders only ship within the USA.
  • What is your jewelry made of?
    You can find this information in each product description.
  • Can I add a charm or pendant to a necklace I already have?
    Yes! Charms and pendants can be ordered without a chain so you can slide it on a necklace you already have. If you have trouble fitting it over a clasp contact me and I can walk you through it.
  • What do I do if my necklace is tarnished?
    Sterling silver naturally tarnishes, especially in humid conditions, and must be cared for and gently cleaned from time to time. Polishing cloths work well; they can be purchased at stores with related products. Using this periodically will keep your jewelry in great condition. If it has been a long time since the piece has been cleaned or is heavily tarnished, please follow the directions on a liquid cleaner purchased on your own. This is my favorite method—in just seconds it's as shiny as day one! Storing your piece in an airtight plastic baggie will help it to not tarnish. I am happy to clean your piece anytime, just contact me first and let me know it's coming. Please be sure to include a self-addressed, stamped padded envelope to send it back to you. It’s also recommend to remove your jewelry when showering or swimming.
  • Can I exchange my chain for a different size?
    Sure! Please send back the UNWORN chain with a note stating the size you would like, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope for us to return the new chain to you. I will contact you for additional payment needed.
  • Do you have gift certificates?
    Sorry, not at this time.
