SHIPPING POLICY
Orders usually take about 1–3 weeks to create and mail. During the busy seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day) it may take a little longer.
In a hurry? A rush fee allows your order to be bumped to the top of the list to ensure it will arrive on time based on our agreement; contact me to work out details of rush orders. You can also choose from ready-made items that can be shipped right away.
Domestic Shipping
All items ship Monday–Friday, from Iowa, via USPS First Class (with limited tracking and no insurance) or USPS Priority (with limited tracking and includes insurance up to $50). When your order is shipped you will receive an email including a tracking number. Orders ship for $9 unless otherwise specified.
Note: The post office does lose packages from time to time; I am not able to control USPS deliveries including (but not limited to) items getting lost or how fast the USPS delivers an order.
Items will be shipped to the address on the order unless otherwise directed by the customer. If the address provided is incorrect, it may be returned and re-mailed at the customers expense. At this time orders only ship within the USA.
Shipping is charged per address. If you have more than one order—as long as both orders are shipping together to the same place—shipping can be combined. Please contact me prior to purchase to ensure everything is correct before combined orders are mailed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note about custom order returns: Once getting final customer approval in writing and/or payment is processed, changes cannot be made. Because custom items are specific to the individual customer, only partial refunds can be issued once the piece is completed.
For all returns (including custom and ready-made items), please email created@theonereflection.com. Provide your order number in the subject line or email. Explain what the issue is and we will work to find a solution that works for both parties.
Clothing: Unfortunately there are no returns on any clothing items or items fulfilled for this shop by Printful.com. If you have a problem with one of these items please email created@theonereflection.com.
There are no refunds on shipping costs.
